Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Custom-printed or bespoke products are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a manufacturing error.
 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Upon approval, ship the item back to our designated address.
 

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Replacements will be issued for eligible claims, subject to production timelines.
 

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product), we will cover shipping costs.
  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
 

Exclusions

  • Damage caused during storage or misuse by the customer.
  • Minor variances in print color or design, as these are part of standard manufacturing processes.
