• “Company” refers to Selmo Packaging (Pvt) Ltd.
• “Customer” refers to the individual or entity engaging with our products or services.
• “Products” include all packaging materials and solutions provided by Selmo Packaging.

 

2. General Terms

1. Eligibility: Our services are intended for businesses. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your company.
2. Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

3. Orders

1. Quotations: All price quotations are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
2. Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order and advance payment (if applicable).
3. Custom Orders: For custom-printed packaging, production begins only after the customer approves all designs and specifications.

 

4. Payments

1. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.
2. Currencies: All transactions are processed in [Insert Currency, e.g., LKR].
3. Ownership: Products remain the property of Selmo Packaging until payment is received in full.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

1. Lead Times: Estimated delivery times are provided during the order process but are subject to change due to production schedules or external factors.
2. Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
3. Delays: Selmo Packaging is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions).

 

6. Returns and Cancellations

1. Returns: Refer to our Returns Policy for details on eligible returns and refund processes.
2. Cancellations: Orders for custom products cannot be canceled once production begins. Cancellation of stock products must be requested in writing and may incur fees.

 

7. Warranty and Liability

1. Product Quality: We ensure that all products meet the agreed specifications. Variations within industry standards are not considered defects.
2. Limitations: Selmo Packaging’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund up to the invoice value of the affected goods.
3. Exclusions: We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, storage, or modifications made by the customer.

 

8. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All designs, templates, and intellectual property provided by Selmo Packaging remain the exclusive property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Usage: Customers must not reproduce or use our designs without prior consent.

 

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
